Muchas personas, por cuestiones de \u00e9tica, de ecolog\u00eda o de salud, empezaron a virar a una dieta con menos presencia de carnes. Y as\u00ed es como cada vez escucho m\u00e1s preguntas como estas: \u201c\u00bfMe conviene dejar las carnes?\u201d \u00ab\u00bfSon malas?\u00bb \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces por semana deber\u00eda comer?\u00bb<\/p><p>Las respuestas, como siempre, no son categ\u00f3ricas. Yo prefiero invitar al otro a reflexionar, porque no hay un s\u00ed o un no para todo el mundo. El hombre es naturalmente omn\u00edvoro, y eso le da infinitas posibilidades en el dise\u00f1o de una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, siempre y cuando la planifique con buena informaci\u00f3n y la <a href=\"https:\/\/api.whatsapp.com\/send\/?phone=5491162430189&amp;text&amp;app_absent=0\">compa\u00f1\u00eda de un profesional<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ten\u00e9s que saber si quer\u00e9s alinear el consumo de carne con tu salud?<\/strong><\/p><p>1. La carne se caracteriza aporta <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/proteinas-grandes-aliadas-2\/\">prote\u00ednas <\/a>de alto valor biol\u00f3gico, sin hidratos de carbono y con un contenido de grasa variable, que puede ir del 2 % al 40 %. Al ser tan amplio el porcentaje de grasa en el que oscilan, su consumo excesivo puede generar una alta ingesta de grasas saturadas y colesterol.<\/p><p>2. \u00a1Debemos seleccionar cortes magros! En la vaca son el peceto, el cuadril, la nalga y la bola de lomo; en el cerdo, el solomillo y el carr\u00e9; el pollo, la pechuga. Los cortes medianamente grasos tienen entre un 3% y un 7% de grasa, como la tortuguita, el bife angosto, el roast beef o el lomo. Los cortes m\u00e1s grasos son el asado, el vac\u00edo y la falda, en la vaca; el matambre y la bondiola, en el cerdo; y las patas y muslos, en el pollo.<\/p><p>3. Elijamos distintas carnes. La de vaca tiene mayor contenido de colesterol y m\u00e1s grasas saturadas, que el pescado y pollo <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.es\/pin\/761108405794099425\/\">(\u00a1Va una receta para inspirarte!)<\/a><\/em>. El pescado posee \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados Omega 3, que es muy positivo para la salud cardiovascular. En la carne de cerdo, predominan las grasas monoinstauradas, que son menos da\u00f1inas que las saturadas.<\/p><p>Por \u00faltimo: a divertirse creando, que cuanta m\u00e1s variedad y color haya alrededor de esos cortes de carne, m\u00e1s equilibrada ser\u00e1 nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n. &nbsp;El abanico es enorme: si lo hacemos con consciencia, podemos dejar las cranes por completo o consumirlas todos los d\u00edas, sin que una ni otra elecci\u00f3n repercuta en nuestra salud de una forma negativa. Quienes quieran explorar una dieta basada en plantas, adelante.
