La hiperproductividad nos llev\u00f3 a que contar con productos para consumir <em>on the go<\/em> sfuera casi uan primera necesidad. As\u00ed, la palabra <em>snack <\/em>dej\u00f3 de simbolizar al paquete de papas fritas y empez\u00f3 a relacionarse con distintas propuestas \u201cm\u00e1s saludables\u201d para consumir entre comidas.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para empezar, pensemos juntos: todo lo que sea hace tendencia, viral, masivo, merece que lo leamos entre l\u00edneas, y esta no es la excepci\u00f3n. Al haberle colgado el mote de saludable a muchos productos para comer al paso, terminamos convencidos de que podemos pasar por el quiosco de la esquina para resolver una comida del d\u00eda.  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All\u00ed, la oferta para el snacking es infinita: barritas de cereal, alfajores de arroz, galletitas con semillas. Y todo bajo la misma premisa: \u201cComelo tranquilo, tiene menos de 100 calor\u00edas\u201d. Y lo m\u00e1s importante: todo hecho en casa y con alimentos reales.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora es cuando vas a decirme: \u201cpero yo no tengo tiempo para cocinar todo eso\u201d. Sin embargo, hay una palabra clave para lograrlo: <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/orden-por-favor\/\">organizaci\u00f3n. <\/a>Cre\u00e9me que son solo dos pasos.<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Elegir las recetas que mejor se adapten a tu plan de alimentaci\u00f3n y hacer una lista de todos los ingredientes que vas a necesitar. Mis consejos, para esa tarea, son aprovechar la estacionalidad de los alimentos y dejar de lado los productos <em>premium<\/em> (\u00bfrealmente necesit\u00e1s sal del Himalaya? Dale).<\/li>\n\n<li>Escog\u00e9 un d\u00eda para cocinar, dedicale el tiempo que haga falta y congel\u00e1 todo porcionado para solo tener que agarrarlo y ponerlo en la mochila. El <em>freezer<\/em> tiene que ser tu gran aliado.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Y no te atormentes con la idea de que vas a pasar horas y horas en la cocina!
