{"id":1027,"date":"2022-11-28T11:18:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-28T11:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/?p=1027"},"modified":"2024-03-14T20:00:37","modified_gmt":"2024-03-14T20:00:37","slug":"descanso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/descanso\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>S.O.S \u00a1NECESITO DESCANSAR!<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cDe d\u00eda, con la luz del sol, el cuerpo precisa movimiento, acci\u00f3n, conocimiento, desgaste; de noche, las c\u00e9lulas se predisponen para el descanso y, sobre todo, para asimilar lo sucedido en la jornada y regenerar los da\u00f1os que hayan podido ocasionarse\u201d.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p>Por decirlo de un modo m\u00e1s concreto, y continuando con esa cita de mi primer libro <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marchettirules.com\/tienda_producto.php?id=25\">M\u00e9todo #MarchettiRules, la actitud para aprender a nutrirte y comer lo que quieras<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, cuando dormimos entramos a boxes, que es la \u00fanica forma de seguir verdaderamente en carrera, con energ\u00eda para entrenar, rendir m\u00e1s en el trabajo, disfrutar m\u00e1s de los momentos compartidos y sentir menos fatiga cotidianamente.<\/p><p>Solemos creer que el descanso es la variable que podemos ir ajustando en pos de ganarle m\u00e1s horas al d\u00eda y caemos en un error. El ocio y el sue\u00f1o son absolutamente necesarios para que nuestras c\u00e9lulas recuperen energ\u00eda y acompa\u00f1en al cambio de h\u00e1bitos que queremos lograr a partir de una nueva alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marchettirules.com\/tienda_producto.php?id=63\">aprendemos a comer<\/a> mejor, sumamos nutrientes y <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/entrenar\/\">dejamos de lado el sedentarismo<\/a>, pero no acompa\u00f1amos a nuestro cuerpo d\u00e1ndole los respiros necesarios, va a estar faltando una pieza del engranaje. <\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El descanso promueve un descenso del hambre. Si el cuerpo no recupera energ\u00eda durante la noche, \u00a1va a ir a buscarla a la heladera durante el d\u00eda!<\/strong><\/h5><p>Lo ideal, para que el c\u00edrculo sea realmente virtuoso, es ir tras la f\u00f3rmula alimentaci\u00f3n + <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/volver-a-ponerse-en-movimiento\/\">movimiento<\/a> + descanso. Y aunque creamos que conciliar el sue\u00f1o o buscar momentos de inactividad puede ser una tarea sencilla, muchas veces nos juegan en contra la hiperproductividad, el abuso de las pantallas y el poco tiempo que resta para la vida personal y social luego del trabajo.<\/p><p>En ese sentido, si quer\u00e9s bajar revoluciones y llegar al momento del sue\u00f1o con el cuerpo m\u00e1s predispuesto para el descanso, pod\u00e9s optar por momentos de \u201crelax\u201d que no sean pasivos: herramientas como la meditaci\u00f3n o el mindfulness demostraron generar estados de relajaci\u00f3n profunda muy reparadores para el organismo.<\/p><p>Te propongo que pruebes algunos de estos cambios para buscar un mejor descanso:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dejar de usar las horas de la noche para lo que no llegamos a hacer en el d\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n<li>Tener momentos de ocio antes de dormir, evitando que sean con pantallas.<\/li>\n\n<li>Usar la cama para dormir y no para trabajar o estudiar.<\/li>\n\n<li>Probar t\u00e9cnicas como la respiraci\u00f3n consciente, la meditaci\u00f3n y el mindfulness.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a1Y disfrutar realmente de los momentos de ocio! No est\u00e1 mal frenar, reponer, respirar y ponerle la otra mejilla a toda la vor\u00e1gine cotidiana.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfBurn out de fin de a\u00f1o?
