{"id":1035,"date":"2022-12-12T12:22:51","date_gmt":"2022-12-12T12:22:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/?p=1035"},"modified":"2024-03-14T20:00:36","modified_gmt":"2024-03-14T20:00:36","slug":"mindful-eating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/mindful-eating\/","title":{"rendered":"MINDFUL EATING"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con la cercan\u00eda de las Fiestas y el verano, solemos entrar en un<em> loop<\/em> que va de los excesos a las dietas absolutamente restrictivas. As\u00ed es como nos tienta la palabra Detox y yo te pregunto: si ten\u00e9s que hacer una dieta desintoxicante, \u00bfes porque antes eleg\u00eds intoxicarte?<\/p><p>La alimentaci\u00f3n, si nos remontamos al inicio de los tiempos, es nuestro combustible m\u00e1s sagrado. Como explico en mi libro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marchettirules.com\/tienda.php?filtro=Libro\">M\u00e9todo #Marchettirules, la actitud para aprender a nutrirte y comer lo que quieras<\/a>, la comida nos da energ\u00eda, nos nutre, previene que nos enfermemos, nos hace trascender, sobrevivir como especie. Nunca deber\u00eda \u201cintoxicarnos\u201d, inflamarnos, generarnos malestar.<\/p><p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no pensarla, entonces, con absoluta consciencia? De eso vengo a hablarte hoy: del <em>mindful eating<\/em>.<\/p><p>\u201cAqu\u00ed y ahora\u201d es m\u00e1s que un buen slogan marketinero. Es la frase que resume a la perfecci\u00f3n el hecho de vivir el presente, de conectarnos con nuestros pensamientos y emociones de manera consciente. En eso se basa el <em>mindfulness<\/em>, una disciplina que se consolid\u00f3 y se ramific\u00f3 hacia distintas \u00e1reas, incluida la nutrici\u00f3n. <\/p><p>M<em>indful eating<\/em> significa alimentaci\u00f3n consciente: se trata de tomar decisiones responsables acerca de lo que consumimos y disfrutar con todos los sentidos el momento de sentarnos a la mesa.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfMe escuchaste alguna vez decir que hay que dejar de medicarnos con comida? Aunque el <em>mindful eating<\/em> te lo diga con la voz de la tendencia\u2026 \u00a1te propone lo mismo!<\/strong><\/p><p>No se trata de una dieta espec\u00edfica, sino de la idea de relacionarnos de una manera sana con lo que ingerimos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 busca? Ayudarnos a descubrir que solo comemos por hambre, sino tambi\u00e9n por nuestros estados de \u00e1nimo; que hay formas de detectar cu\u00e1ndo estamos saciados, y que no hace falta ir del atrac\u00f3n al ayuno cuando la vida social nos empuja a comer de m\u00e1s.<\/p><p>\u00bfNo ser\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/empezar-un-cambio-de-habitos\/\">hora de empezar<\/a> a preguntarnos c\u00f3mo nos llevamos con los anclajes emocionales de nuestras comidas? \u00bfDisfrutamos realmente de cada ingesta? \u00bfElegimos nuestros alimentos a conciencia? El <em>mindful eating<\/em> pretende, por un lado, que dejemos de usar la comida como anestesia; por el otro, que prestemos atenci\u00f3n plena a qu\u00e9 estamos ingiriendo, c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1ndo.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Cada vez son m\u00e1s los abordajes cient\u00edficos que analizan al intestino como un segundo cerebro, el cual debe mantenerse saludable para que el resto del organismo se mantenga en eje. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no usar el <em>mindful eating<\/em> para esta tarea? Te propongo que empieces por algo y que, con una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marchettirules.com\/tienda_producto.php?id=52\">buena lista de compras<\/a>, dise\u00f1es tus comidas de acuerdo a lo que tu cuerpo necesita.
