Nuestro mayor desaf\u00edo es lograr que esos h\u00e1bitos sean positivos. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos hacerlo?<\/p><p>Lo primero es comprender que un h\u00e1bito est\u00e1 compuesto por tres fases:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Gatillo o disparador: algo sucede y el cerebro interpreta esa se\u00f1al para comenzar a actuar de un modo prestablecido.<\/li>\n\n<li>Rutina: es una acci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, emocional, o mental, que ejecutamos de forma repetitiva a partir del disparador.<\/li>\n\n<li>Recompensa: se da cuando la rutina que establecimos le brinda al cerebro un est\u00edmulo positivo y nos invita a replicarla.<\/li><\/ol><p>Esos h\u00e1bitos pueden estar alineados con nuestra salud o no estarlo; ya que, como seres humanos, somos seres sociales, imperfectos, con distintas experiencias, mandatos, prioridades y preocupaciones.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Habitos-inside.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Habitos-inside.png?resize=93%2C277&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1076\" width=\"93\" height=\"277\"\/><\/a><\/figure><p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer, entonces, para que esos tres elementos nos ayuden a generar h\u00e1bitos positivos? Imaginemos un cuenco: para llenarlo de nuevos sue\u00f1os, decisiones distintas y objetivos renovados, ese recipiente tiene que estar vac\u00edo. Entonces, el primer paso ser\u00e1 sacar de all\u00ed todos aquellos h\u00e1bitos que nos hacen mal. Ni m\u00e1s ni menos que hacer espacio para dejar entrar lo nuevo.<\/p><p>Una forma de lograrlo es inspirarnos en estas cuatro acciones:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Transformar lo OBVIO en MENOS ACCESIBLE.<\/li>\n\n<li>Lo ATRACTIVO, en DESAGRADABLE.  <\/li>\n\n<li>Lo SENCILLO, en DIF\u00cdCIL<\/li>\n\n<li>Lo que nos da PLACER, en algo que SABE A POCO<\/li><\/ul><p>Si en tu rutina, lo OBVIO es llevar un turr\u00f3n como merienda al trabajo, pod\u00e9s dejar de tener ese tipo de <em>snack<\/em> en tus alacenas. Cuando esa alternativa te sea MENOS ACCESIBLE, va a ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que puedas optar por opciones m\u00e1s nutritivas. <\/p><p>Si te da mucho PLACER tomar gaseosas, pod\u00e9s comprar una marca que no sea tan buena. Cuando empieces a consumir algo que te SABE A POCO, la respuesta del cerebro no va a ser tan positiva y vas a poder ir dej\u00e1ndolo de lado.<\/p><p>\u00bfTe resulta resulta SENCILLO agarrar unas hamburguesas o una salchicha del freezer a la hora de cenar?Pod\u00e9s hacer que ese h\u00e1bito te resulte m\u00e1s DIF\u00cdCIL, reemplaz\u00e1ndolas por legumbres o carnes precocidas y vegetales congelados. As\u00ed, cuando tengas que salir a comprar la hamburguesa, te va a resultar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido preparar otros platos. Para eso, lo ideal es pensar nuevas recetas y <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/orden-por-favor\/\">planificar<\/a> mejor las comidas.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Pod\u00e9s encontrar ideas en todos nuestros <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marchettirules.com\/tienda.php?filtro=Recetas\">recetarios<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Cuando el cuenco se vaya vaciando y tus malos h\u00e1bitos dejen paso a lo nuevo, pod\u00e9s usar algunas palabras de esta f\u00f3rmula, tambi\u00e9n, para reforzar tus buenas costumbres. \u00bfAlgunos ejemplos?<\/p><p>Imaginate que te es SENCILLO comer frutos secos: es ideal profundizar ese buen h\u00e1bito organiz\u00e1ndolos en bolsitas con las porciones que necesites de acuerdo a tu objetivo. Y as\u00ed acostumbrarte a tener una colaci\u00f3n que no sea menos ni m\u00e1s que lo que a tu cuerpo le hace bien. <\/p><p>\u00bfTe resulta ATRACTIVO salir a correr, pero lo hac\u00e9s sin constancia? Pod\u00e9s organizarte y poner horarios, ir subiendo el tiempo o los kil\u00f3metros recorridos, sumarte a un grupo de running, etc. <\/p><p>La lista de ideas sigue y la idea es que vayas cre\u00e1ndola a tu medida.
