Hoy los carbohidratos siguen liderando los nutrientes que m\u00e1s precisamos en cantidad, pero priorizando las hojas verdes, las verduras de colores y las hortalizas. A la vez, se busca equilibrarlos con las grasas de buena calidad nutricional y es recomendable disminuir su ingesta; llegando, inclusive, a una dieta<a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/keto-o-low-carb\/\"> <em>low carb<\/em><\/a>. <\/p><p>Sin embargo, no es cierto que haya que erradicarlos para descender de peso, ni mucho menos para ganar masa muscular. \u00a1Todo lo contrario! si tu objetivo est\u00e1 vinculado al fitness, los carbohidratos van a ser una parte importante de tu planificaci\u00f3n inteligente.<\/p><p>Los carbohidratos, as\u00ed como las grasas, se oxidan para brindarnos la energ\u00eda que necesitamos para nuestras actividades cotidianas. Si a ellas sum\u00e1s una dosis de actividad f\u00edsica, de baja, mediana o alta intensidad, esos nutrientes van a tener que estar m\u00e1s presentes en tus ingestas.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\"><div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\"><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide has-text-align-center\"><strong>Lo primero, y m\u00e1s importante, es que sepas qu\u00e9 carbos elegir. Para hacerlo, te invito a leer<a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/carbos-amigos-o-enemigos\/\"> esta nota<\/a>. <\/strong><\/h6><\/div><\/div><p>Por otro lado, es importante determinar si tu <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/entrenar\/\">actividad f\u00edsica<\/a> es un entrenamiento de unas 3 o 4 veces a la semana, para potenciar tu bienestar, o si hac\u00e9s deporte de alto rendimiento. En este \u00faltimo caso, vas a necesitar llevar m\u00e1s al l\u00edmite todo el caudal de nutrientes.<\/p><p>En ese sentido, vamos a hablar de un t\u00f3pico que siempre surge en las consultas de quienes hacen del fitness su estilo de vida: \u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo regulo los carbohidratos antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento?\u201d.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ANTES: La UCAE (\u00faltima comida antes de entrenar) se recomienda que sea de 1 a 4 gramos de hidratos por kilogramo de peso, entre 1 y 4 horas antes del ejercicio. \u00a1Siempre dependiendo de la intensidad y la duraci\u00f3n de tu actividad f\u00edsica!<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>DURANTE: Si el entrenamiento es de menos de 45 minutos, no hace falta incorporar carbos. Si es de alta intensidad, y tiene hasta 75 minutos de duraci\u00f3n, puede recurrirse a peque\u00f1as cantidades. Si la ejercitaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa, llegando a la hora y media o dos, entre 30 y 60 gramos de hidratos de carbono mejorar\u00e1n la sensaci\u00f3n de fatiga.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>DESPU\u00c9S: Si tenemos la posibilidad de descansar y hacer una larga recuperaci\u00f3n hasta nuestro nuevo entrenamiento, los carbos no ser\u00e1n necesarios. S\u00ed hay que tenerlos en cuenta cuando hacemos doble jornada de entrenamiento en un mismo d\u00eda. En ese caso, se recomienda 1 gramo de hidratos de carbono por kilo de peso, en las pr\u00f3ximas 4 horas. Esto es as\u00ed porque, cuando uno reparte los hidratos de carbono de buena calidad a lo largo de todo el d\u00eda, la carga glucog\u00e9nica se hace en 24 horas.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a1Importante! No hace falta hidratarse con bebidas deportivas altamente endulzadas.
