Sin embargo, las bebidas tambi\u00e9n forman parte de nuestra nutrici\u00f3n y de nuestra ingesta cal\u00f3rica, por lo que debemos estar atentos a ellas.<\/p><p>Es importante mantener una buena hidrataci\u00f3n, teniendo en cuenta que hay bebidas que suman calor\u00edas, sin aportar la saciedad y nutrici\u00f3n que ofrecen los alimentos s\u00f3lidos.<\/p><p>En ese sentido, es ideal incorporarlas a nuestro plan de alimentaci\u00f3n de forma inteligente, para evitar llevarnos sorpresas. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Veamos algunos ejemplos, contemplando vasos de 250 mililitros:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Agua mineral: Es la opci\u00f3n ideal en cuanto a hidrataci\u00f3n y a nulo aporte energ\u00e9tico. Contiene micronutrientes necesarios para el organismo con cero calor\u00edas por porci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n<li>Gaseosas o aguas saborizadas con az\u00facar: Aportan \u2013en promedio\u2013 105 calor\u00edas por vaso, y no ofrecen vitaminas o minerales en cantidades apreciables.<\/li>\n\n<li>Cerveza: Tiene unas 100 calor\u00edas por vaso, ya que su fabricaci\u00f3n parte de un hidrato de carbono.<\/li>\n\n<li>Gaseosas o aguas saborizadas sin az\u00facar: Si bien suman cero calor\u00edas por porci\u00f3n, no tienen aportes nutricionales y son ricas en sustancias qu\u00edmicas y cafe\u00edna.<\/li>\n\n<li>T\u00e9 o caf\u00e9 sin az\u00facar: Aportan cuatro calor\u00edas por taza y pueden ofrecernos varios minerales y antioxidantes de acuerdo a la variedad que elijamos.<\/li>\n\n<li>Jugos de frutas envasados: Depende de cada marca, pero suelen tener las mismas calor\u00edas que una gaseosa, por sus az\u00facares agregados.<\/li>\n\n<li>Un vaso de jugo exprimido de naranja aporta unas 112 calor\u00edas.
