{"id":1844,"date":"2024-07-23T10:51:00","date_gmt":"2024-07-23T10:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/?p=1844"},"modified":"2024-07-17T20:58:28","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T20:58:28","slug":"entrenamiento-hay-un-limite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/entrenamiento-hay-un-limite\/","title":{"rendered":"ENTRENAMIENTO \u00bfHAY UN L\u00cdMITE?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unos 10 mil a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, ten\u00edamos un arduo entrenamiento diario: camin\u00e1bamos decenas de kil\u00f3metros para buscar agua, pele\u00e1bamos cuerpo a cuerpo con animales que luego carg\u00e1bamos al hombro, levant\u00e1bamos chozas, migr\u00e1bamos a pie.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy, cuando alguien entrena todos los d\u00edas (o menos) suele escuchar a su entorno palabras como \u201csobreentrenamiento\u201d, o frases como \u201cpuede ser malo para el cuerpo\u201d, \u201chay cosas m\u00e1s importantes para hacer en ese tiempo dedicado al gym\u201d.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\/\/Nuestra bandera, en #MarchettiRules, es que vos sos el art\u00edfice que dise\u00f1a su sistema, que escucha a su cuerpo, que sabe c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1nto necesita. En ese sentido, te invitamos a que nadie te diga cu\u00e1ndo es demasiado\/\/<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, si vas a encarar el desaf\u00edo de tener una buena dosis de entrenamiento diario, es importante tener en cuenta algunas recomendaciones:<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ALTERNAR TRABAJOS DE FUERZA Y DE CARDIO<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el primero, vamos a poner el foco en lo constructivo, en la fuerza, en la hipertrofia. Para eso, vamos a elegir trabajos de musculaci\u00f3n, ya sea con mancuernas, en clases de crossfit o funcional, o inclusive en ejercicios m\u00e1s \u201clivianos\u201d que trabajan mucho la fuerza y el equilibrio corporal, como el pilates reformer.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la hora del cardio, o el hit, la idea es trabajar en la flexibilidad del cuerpo y en ponerlo m\u00e1s reactivo, m\u00e1s potente, con m\u00e1s capacidad respiratoria y agilidad. El running, el indoor cicling, los deportes de equipo o inclusive las clases de baile son buenos ejemplos de esta forma de entrenamiento.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NUTRIRNOS DE ACUERDO A LA ENERG\u00cdA QUE VAMOS A GASTAR<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recuerden que el gasto cal\u00f3rico es matem\u00e1tico: necesitamos X energ\u00eda para hacer X cantidad de entrenamiento. Si exponemos a nuestro cuerpo a una alta dosis de ejercitaci\u00f3n y no hacemos lo mismo con la comida, nuestro rendimiento va a ser menor. \u00bfEso significa que debemos comer grandes cantidades de lo que se nos ocurra? No. Siempre debemos priorizar:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x27a1;&#xfe0f;<a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/proteinas-grandes-aliadas-2\/\"> Prote\u00ednas <\/a>magras.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x27a1;&#xfe0f; <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/carbohidratos-y-gym\/\">Hidratos de carbono<\/a> complejos.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x27a1;&#xfe0f; Grasas de buena calidad nutricional.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x27a1;&#xfe0f; Y buena hidrataci\u00f3n, por supuesto.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DESCANSO Y RECUPERACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cuerpo, como cuenta el libro<strong> #MarchettiRules, la actitud para aprender a nutrirte y comer lo que quieras<\/strong>, a la noche \u201centra en boxes\u201d. Nuestro organismo precisa horas de sue\u00f1o para regenerar da\u00f1os que pueda haber tenido, para materializar los progresos musculares, para sintetizar los nutrientes y para recuperar su desgaste. Si insistimos en quitarnos tiempo de <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/descanso\/\">descanso<\/a> para seguir con las cosas que no terminamos en el d\u00eda, el cuerpo va a sentir la falta de energ\u00eda, con dos posibles consecuencias: fatiga a la hora de entrenar y m\u00e1s tendencia a abusar de productos ultraprocesados que ofrezcan una r\u00e1pida recompensa.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguiendo estas premisas y escuchando a tu cuerpo, el entrenamiento nunca va a ser demasiado.
