Con ella, se plantean muchos desaf\u00edos para mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y un estilo de vida activo: el home office, con su cercan\u00eda a la cocina, la reducci\u00f3n del movimiento diario y los pocos l\u00edmites entre trabajo y descanso, puede convertirse en un obst\u00e1culo para mantener h\u00e1bitos saludables.<\/p><p>Nuestro objetivo, hoy, es que puedas transformar estos desaf\u00edos en oportunidades con 5 estrategias para poner en pr\u00e1ctica desde hoy mismo.<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La cocina, de tentaci\u00f3n a <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/orden-por-favor\/\">organizaci\u00f3n<\/a>. <\/strong>El primer paso es establecer l\u00edmites claros con tu espacio de trabajo. Elegir un ambiente espec\u00edfico no solo mejora tu concentraci\u00f3n, sino que reduce significativamente la tentaci\u00f3n de picotear constantemente. Para eso tambi\u00e9n es clave la planificaci\u00f3n: dedicar algunas horas cada semana para preparar bases de comidas, como vegetales asados y prote\u00ednas cocidas, te ahorrar\u00e1 tiempo y decisiones.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Control del picoteo. <\/strong>El acceso sin l\u00edmite a la heladera puede sabotear tus objetivos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 pod\u00e9s hacer? \u00a0Establecer horarios fijos para comer, como lo har\u00edas en una oficina tradicional. Para no sentir el impulso de picotear, siempre es \u00fatil tener a mano infusiones como t\u00e9, mate o caf\u00e9. Y cuando hay hambre real entre comidas, pod\u00e9s tener preparadas colaciones acordes a tus objetivos, como porciones medidas de frutos secos, vegetales crudos, frutas adecuadas a tu porci\u00f3n diaria, etc.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/volver-a-ponerse-en-movimiento\/\">Movimiento<\/a>. <\/strong>El sedentarismo es uno de los mayores riesgos del trabajo remoto. Cada dos horas de trabajo, tomate cinco minutos para moverte. Las reuniones virtuales pueden ser aliadas: cuando tengas llamadas sin video, aprovech\u00e1 para caminar mientras particip\u00e1s. Por otro lado, trat\u00e1 a tus momentos de entrenamiento como eventos importantes: agendados y no negociables. Acordate de combinar ejercicios de fuerza y cardio.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/mindful-eating\/\">Alimentaci\u00f3n consciente<\/a>. <\/strong>Establec\u00e9 como regla innegociable desconectarte completamente durante las comidas principales. Dedic\u00e1 al menos 20 minutos a cada comida, usando platos y cubiertos adecuados, sent\u00e1ndote en la mesa lejos de la computadora. Este tiempo no es un lujo, es una inversi\u00f3n en tu salud y productividad.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Alimentos que potencian tu rendimiento. <\/strong>Prioriz\u00e1 alimentos reales sobre los ultraprocesados. Un desayuno que combine prote\u00ednas, fibra y grasas saludables te mantendr\u00e1 satisfecho y enfocado durante la ma\u00f1ana.
