Pero la tuya es la tuya. Hoy queremos compartir con vos tres enfoques que van a ayudarte a dise\u00f1ar tu modelo de alimentaci\u00f3n sin ir detr\u00e1s de la dieta de moda.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada uno de ellos, y la interacci\u00f3n de unos con otros, pueden llevarte a esa alimentaci\u00f3n que quer\u00e9s hace tanto tiempo: una que no solo te haga bien, sino que puedas mantener en el largo plazo.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los tres grandes ejes para elegir un modelo de alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Manipulaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/combinacion-de-nutrientes\/\">macronutrientes<\/a><\/strong>: Las dietas con este enfoque ajustan la cantidad de carbohidratos, grasas y prote\u00ednas que consum\u00eds. Por ejemplo, la <strong>dieta <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/keto-o-low-carb\/\">Keto<\/a> <\/strong>reduce los carbohidratos a menos del 5%, mientras que la <strong>dieta Ornish<\/strong> limita las grasas. En este grupo tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n las dietas proteicas para quienes las precisan por su nivel de entrenamiento.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Restricci\u00f3n de alimentos<\/strong>: Algunas dietas eliminan grupos de alimentos, como la <strong>vegetariana<\/strong>, que excluye productos de origen animal, o las planificaciones <strong>sin gluten<\/strong> o <strong>sin lactosa<\/strong>, que evitan alimentos que pueden causar inflamaci\u00f3n. Si te interesa este perfil, es importante hacerlo con buena informaci\u00f3n, para que tu dieta siga siendo equilibrada y nutritiva.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Manipulaci\u00f3n del tiempo de ingesta:<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed es donde entra el<a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/ayuno-intermitente\/\"> <strong>ayuno intermitente<\/strong><\/a>. Este enfoque se basa en cu\u00e1ndo comes, no solo en qu\u00e9 comes. Alternar per\u00edodos de ayuno y alimentaci\u00f3n puede ayudarte a sentirte m\u00e1s ligero y mejorar tu metabolismo.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al tomar, de cada eje, lo que m\u00e1s se adecua a tu organismo, a tus gustos y a tus objetivos, ser\u00e1 la clave de tu \u00e9xito. Por ejemplo, podr\u00edas tener una dieta baja en carbohidratos y, a la vez, sin lactosa, con una buena estrategia de ayuno intermitente. O una dieta vegetariana y baja en grasas, con ingestas m\u00e1s constantes.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La recomendaci\u00f3n que siempre damos, desde #marchettirules, es que a cada dise\u00f1o que hagas en tu alimentaci\u00f3n le sumes una impronta un poquito <strong>low carb<\/strong> con respecto a lo que estamos adecuados culturalmente.
