Se trata de desarrollar una capacidad profunda de autoobservaci\u00f3n que nos permita reconocer qu\u00e9 emociones nos llevan a abrir la heladera, qu\u00e9 situaciones disparan la ansiedad por comer y c\u00f3mo nuestro cuerpo nos habla antes de que busquemos refugio en la comida.<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cSe trata de una transformaci\u00f3n radical en la que el primer paso es una mirada profunda sobre vos mismo. Y cuando digo profunda, digo exhaustiva, implacable, realista. Ese momento de consciencia puede ser la diferencia entre comer por hambre real o por vac\u00edo emocional<\/p><p>\u2022 <strong>Terapias alternativas<\/strong>: Cada persona encuentra su camino para conectar consigo misma. Algunas necesitan movimiento; otras, meditaci\u00f3n; otras, conversaci\u00f3n.
