Muchas personas se animan a probarlas por su alto poder desinflamatorio y porque las ayudan a alejarse del adictivo mundo de los ultraprocesados. Pero la cosa no es tan f\u00e1cil como sacar las harinas del medio y chau. Hay muchos alimentos ricos en hidratos de carbono y distintitas formas de disminuirlos. Ah\u00ed es donde aparecen las diferencias entre una dieta Low carb y una Keto.<\/p><p>En ambos casos, la idea es bajar el consumo de carbohidratos y subir el de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/marchettirules\/?hl=es\">grasas de buena calidad nutricional<\/a>. De esa forma, generamos en el cuerpo un reajuste en su modo de obtener la energ\u00eda. La glucemia se estabiliza, la insulina disminuye y el proceso de utilizaci\u00f3n de la grasa se hace m\u00e1s \u00e1gil.&nbsp;Esto no significa que debamos demonizar a este grupo de alimentos: <a href=\"https:\/\/marchettirules.com\/blog\/carbos-amigos-o-enemigos\/\">los carbos no son amigos o enemigos<\/a>, sino un macronutriente que debemos elegir c\u00f3mo regular.<\/p><p>Durante much\u00edsimo, tiempo nos dijeron que las grasas eran perjudiciales para la salud. Mientras tanto, nos llenaban las alacenas de hidratos de carbono refinados, descriptos como <em>light<\/em>.
